Therm process Engineering Pvt. Ltd. supplies oil and air nozzles for industrial furnace burners. The nozzle is where oil is atomised and mixed with combustion air. It sets the flame shape, the quality of atomisation and, ultimately, how completely the fuel burns. Nozzles wear and foul in service, especially on heavy oils, and worn nozzles cause poor flames, smoke and wasted fuel. As a burner manufacturer, Therm process supplies nozzles matched to its burners. Share your burner model and fuel to get the right replacement.
What Do Oil and Air Nozzles Do?
In an oil burner, liquid fuel must be broken into fine droplets, or atomised, before it can burn efficiently. The oil nozzle meters oil into the burner and starts atomisation. The air nozzle directs atomising or combustion air to break up the oil stream and mix it with air in the right pattern.
Why Nozzles Need Replacement
Over time, nozzle orifices erode, deform or foul with carbon and oil residue, especially with FO and LSHS. Symptoms include:
Replacing nozzles restores the burner's designed spray and flame.
Therm process Oil and Air Nozzles
Therm process manufactures oil burners for LDO, FO, HSD and LSHS, and dual-fuel burners. It supplies oil and air nozzles as spares for these burners, alongside oil micro valves, ratio regulators and heating and pumping units that complete the oil firing system.
